Job Description:

We are a reputed Custom House Agent (CHA) firm looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive who can independently handle import-export documentation and client management.


Required Skills:

✓ 3-4 years of proven experience in the CHA/freight forwarding industry ✓ Strong knowledge of import-export documentation ✓ Complete understanding of customs clearance procedures ✓ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) ✓ Proficiency in MS Office and ICEGATE portal ✓ Professional email and WhatsApp communication ✓ Strong multitasking ability and work well under pressure ✓ Expert in client relationship management ✓ Working knowledge of JNPT/Nhava Sheva port (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp • Independently manage import and export documentation • Prepare and file shipping bills and bills of Entry (BOE) • Handle complete customs clearance process • Resolve port and customs-related queries • Verify and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Airway Bill, etc.) • Work on ICEGATE portal for filings and tracking • Maintain daily reports and update seniors • Address and resolve client complaints promptly. • Coordinate with customs officers and CHA associates
