Accounts Assistant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tally Operations: Handle accounting entries and transactions using Tally software.
  2. Purchasing Support: Assist with basic purchasing tasks, including record keeping and following up with vendors.
  3. Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate records and ensure no discrepancies.
  4. Basic Accounting Tasks: Support the accounting department with general tasks, such as filing documents, processing invoices, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally software.
  • Basic understanding of purchase processes.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with standard accounting principles.
