Experience: Relevant experience in customs house agent (CHA) operations and garment fabric knowledge preferred.

We are looking for an experienced CHA Export G-Card Holder with a strong background in customs operations, specifically in the garment industry, to join our team at JNPT. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of G-card operations, customs clearance procedures, CFS (Container Freight Station), and garment fabric handling for export.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the total G-card operations related to customs clearance for garment export.
• Ensure the timely and efficient processing of export documentation and clearance with customs authorities.
• Oversee the CFS operations, including managing cargo, documentation, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs officials, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations, duties, and taxes.
• Review and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to export customs clearance.
• Maintain records of all documentation and work to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• G-Card holder (mandatory).
• Knowledge and experience in garment fabric export.
• Familiarity with CFS and customs clearance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in customs documentation and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working at JNPT is an added advantage.
