Position: Export Customer Service Executive
Location: Mumbai CST
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in export customer service, preferably in a freight forwarding company
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000
Communicate with clients to manage export shipment requirements effectively.Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and customs for smooth export operations.Handle documentation related to export processes, including bill of lading, invoice, and packing lists.Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure excellent service delivery.Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses and customer communications.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in export customer service within a freight forwarding company.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes is essential.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
