Job Role: Export Documentation Executive
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills, as per CHA and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
- Handle the submission and filing of Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, and other necessary documents.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues related to export processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all export documentation and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates and address queries.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in a CHA company.
Proficiency in handling customs procedures and export regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
