Export Documentation Executive

Job Description :

Job Role: Export Documentation Executive

  1. Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills, as per CHA and customs requirements.
  2. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
  3. Handle the submission and filing of Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, and other necessary documents.
  4. Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues related to export processes.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all export documentation and transactions.
  6. Ensure compliance with export regulations and standards.
  7. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates and address queries.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in a CHA company.

Proficiency in handling customs procedures and export regulations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
