Handling export and import documentation and ensuring compliance with international regulations.Coordinating shipments and managing logistics for timely delivery.Communicating with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs authorities.Assisting in preparing import/export invoices, bills of lading, and other related documents.Managing customer inquiries and following up with orders.Maintaining records of imports and exports.Preparing reports related to shipments, documentation, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Fresh graduates who have completed an Export-Import course (BBA/ MBA in International Business is a plus).
• Strong understanding of export-import procedures.
• Basic knowledge of customs, tariffs, and global trade regulations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ready to learn and grow in the export-import industry.
