We are hiring an Export Pricing Executive for our dynamic team at a leading CHA company. If you have experience in export documentation and pricing within the logistics and shipping industry, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify export pricing for shipments based on client requirements and market rates.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to gather accurate cost data.
- Provide accurate and competitive pricing quotes to clients and ensure they meet business margins.
- Maintain and update pricing records and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust export costs and stay competitive.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and ensure the timely submission of pricing information.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth pricing processes for exports.
- Assist in preparing and submitting documents related to export pricing and quotations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export pricing, preferably within a CHA company or logistics firm.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs procedures, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make pricing decisions based on market conditions.
