Position: Import Customer Executive

Experience: 3 to 4 years
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000
Manage and handle all customer queries related to import shipments.Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth import operations.Prepare and verify necessary documentation for import processes.Ensure timely follow-up and updates to clients on shipment status.Resolve any issues or challenges faced during the import process.Maintain excellent customer relations and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Only female candidates are eligible for this role.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in import customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and import documentation processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
