Position: Import Customer Executive
Company: Leading Freight Forwarding Company
Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Handling import documentation and customer communication.Coordinating with shipping lines, transporters, and clients for seamless delivery.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with import regulations.Providing updates to customers regarding shipment status and resolving queries promptly.Collaborating with internal teams to streamline the import process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in import customer handling (3-4 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of import documentation, freight forwarding, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and shipment tracking tools.
