Job Description :

Import Documentation Executive / Delivery Order Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery Order Processing (ODEX & Manual)
    • Handling delivery orders through ODEX and manual procedures.
    • Coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders for timely release.
  2. Customer Coordination & Service
    • Communicating with clients regarding shipment status.
    • Addressing customer queries and ensuring smooth documentation flow.
  3. Documentation & Mail Handling
    • Preparing and verifying shipping documents (BL, DO, invoice, etc.).
    • Managing emails for documentation and customer queries.
  4. ICEGATE & Customs Knowledge
    • Handling ICEGATE operations for import documentation.
    • Coordinating with CHA for customs clearance procedures.
  5. Daily Status Reporting (DSR)
    • Maintaining daily reports of shipments, pending DOs, and clearance status.
    • Sharing updates with management and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in import documentation, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Good knowledge of ICEGATE, ODEX, and customs clearance procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.
